Laboratory Services Consent

Vyralabs partners with accredited, CLIA-certified third-party laboratories to process your samples. These partners operate under strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your sample or data for any purpose other than fulfilling your test order. All laboratory partners are: • CLIA-certified and/or ISO 15189 accredited • Bound by HIPAA-compliant data handling protocols • Prohibited from retaining samples beyond the processing window

You acknowledge and agree that: • You will follow all sample collection instructions provided with your kit • Improper collection may result in inconclusive or invalid results • Vyralabs is not responsible for results affected by incorrect sample collection • Samples must be returned within the specified window (typically 24–48 hours of collection) • You are providing a voluntary biological sample for wellness purposes only

You understand and agree that: • Vyralabs tests are for general wellness and longevity monitoring only • Results are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease • Results do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment • Reference ranges provided are population-based and may not apply to all individuals • A single biomarker reading should be interpreted in the context of your overall health

Results are delivered exclusively through your secure Vyralabs dashboard within 7–14 business days of laboratory receipt. You consent to: • Results being stored in your Vyralabs account • Receiving result notifications via your registered email • Historical results being retained for your ongoing trend analysis Results will not be shared with any third party, including your healthcare provider, without your explicit authorization.

Your biological sample is used solely for the biomarker analysis you ordered. After processing: • Physical samples are destroyed within 30 days of analysis • Anonymized analytical data may be retained for quality assurance • No identifiable biological data is sold or shared with third parties • You may request deletion of all associated data by contacting privacy@vyralabs.com

By submitting a sample, you confirm that: • You are at least 18 years of age • You are providing your own biological sample • Your participation is entirely voluntary • You have not been coerced or pressured to participate • You have the legal capacity to enter into this consent agreement

You may withdraw your consent at any time before your sample is received and logged by the laboratory. To withdraw: • Contact support@vyralabs.com immediately after kit dispatch • Provide your order number and registered email Once a sample has been received and logged by the laboratory, it may not be possible to halt processing. In such cases, you retain the right to request deletion of stored results after delivery.

In rare circumstances, laboratory analysis may detect markers that fall significantly outside expected wellness ranges. Vyralabs does not provide medical interpretation of such findings. If your results suggest a concern that may benefit from clinical attention, your dashboard will prompt you to consult a healthcare professional. Vyralabs assumes no liability for actions taken or not taken in response to your results.

This Laboratory Services Consent is incorporated into and subject to Vyralabs' full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail. This agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia, with mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence applying where more favorable to you.

Vyralabs reserves the right to update this Laboratory Services Consent at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and displayed prominently on this page. Continued use of our laboratory services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised consent.
