These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vyralabs website, mobile application, and services provided by Vyralabs OÜ ("Vyralabs", "we", "us", "our"). By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Vyralabs provides at-home wellness and longevity testing kits, biomarker analysis, personalized insights, and related digital tools. All services are intended solely for general wellness, preventive health monitoring, and informational purposes. They are not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, or cure of any disease and do not replace professional medical advice.
You understand and agree that test results are for informational purposes only. Vyralabs does not provide medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. We are not liable for any actions taken based on our test results or recommendations.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the European Union. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• We use third-party payment providers (Stripe) and shipping partners.
• Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
You must follow the instructions provided with the kit. Improper collection or shipping may result in invalid results. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or contaminated samples during transit.
Results are typically available within 7–14 business days after the laboratory receives your sample. Results will be delivered through our secure app or web portal.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.
• Unopened kits may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
• Opened kits or used samples are non-refundable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyralabs's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence (e.g., Italy) shall apply where more favorable to you.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
